What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-channel CRM and digital campaigns for private individuals.
• Use Campaign Management Systems to define targethirify.global criteria and select eligible customers.
• Develop SQL-based DataMart queries and ensure campaign data quality.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testhirify.global and performance measurement.
• Manage digital campaign execution across internet and mobile bankhirify.global channels.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Markethirify.global, and IT stakeholders to deliver personalized communications.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM or Campaign Management and technical campaign design.
• Strong technical knowledge of database management systems (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• English: Good proficiency required.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Expo Business Park, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Campaign Management tools such as HCL, SAS, or Braze.
