What you will do
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, LSA) and Meta Ads.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages using platforms like Unbounce or Instapage to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CTR to ensure campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
- Build comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable growth recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, LSA) and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Must be based in Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, or Serbia.
Nice to have
- Experience in home services, B2B, or franchise organizations.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, or other CRM and call tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for landing page updates.
