What you will do
- Transform project briefs into strategic creative opportunities by challenging assumptions and identifying core insights.
- Define creative positioning, messaging, and visual direction before the design phase begins.
- Partner with designers, copywriters, and motion artists to develop bold, on-brand creative work.
- Create high-impact decks and narratives to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Coach team members on creative frameworks, pitching methodologies, and communication techniques.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure consistency and emotional connection in all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment across design, brand, or art direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual development and high-quality creative execution.
- Proven ability to own the creative idea and influence direction beyond simple execution.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with experience building high-impact decks.
- Natural curiosity about culture, entertainment trends, and how audiences consume content.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across design, copy, and motion disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology sectors.
- Background in both agency and in-house creative teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, performance marketing, or personalization strategies.
- Ambition to develop into broader creative leadership roles.
