TL;DR

Senior Creative Producer (Creative Strategy): Shaping and executing integrated marketing campaigns for Telemundo’s prime-time scripted and reality programming with an accent on cultural relevance and multi-platform storytelling. Focus on leading campaign direction from strategy through production, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact creative content for Hispanic audiences.

Location: Must be based in Miami, Florida. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Shape integrated campaign ideas from strategy through final execution across linear, streaming, and social platforms.
  • Partner with Creative Leadership to define campaign direction, messaging, and visual approach.
  • Lead campaign storytelling, including scripts, tone, and visual direction.
  • Guide production from pre-production and shoots through post-production and delivery.
  • Pitch creative work to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in creative strategy and production for entertainment or media.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with excellent writing skills in both.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated 360° campaigns.
  • Hands-on production experience across scripting, shoots, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Avid Media Composer, and presentation tools.
  • Must be able to work from the Miami office 4 days per week.
