Field Sales Consultant (Fintech/POS): Driving new business acquisition and integrated payments adoption within a defined territory with an accent on face-to-face consultations and consultative selling. Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within the territory.
Salary: €38,000 basic + €6,000 car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE: €70,000–€100,000+).

What you will do
- Manage and grow a defined local territory through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations for potential merchants.
- Convert opportunities across EPOS systems, integrated payments, and standalone terminals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and early-stage retention.
- Execute a structured weekly territory plan to maximize sales reach and close rates.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany.
- Proven experience in field sales or face-to-face sales environments.
- Demonstrated track record of selling POS systems, payments, or merchant services.
- Strong ability to generate leads through in-person prospecting and canvassing.
- Full driving licence required for field-based travel.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and target-driven mindset.

- Previous experience in SaaS sales.
