What you will do

  • Identify and engage with high-profile hospitality venues in Munich.
  • Execute a mix of field sales, cold outreach, and networking activities.
  • Develop creative communication strategies to close deals and help merchants operate smarter.
  • Manage the sales funnel and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
  • Utilize CRM tools including Hubspot, Clay, and AI to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor industry developments and merchant needs to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management, or Hospitality.
  • Must be based in Munich for on-site operations.
  • Proficiency in both English and German.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage busy hospitality owners.
  • Hands-on approach and a hunger for fast-paced startup operations.
