What you will do
- Identify and engage with high-profile hospitality venues in Munich.
- Execute a mix of field sales, cold outreach, and networking activities.
- Develop creative communication strategies to close deals and help merchants operate smarter.
- Manage the sales funnel and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
- Utilize CRM tools including Hubspot, Clay, and AI to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor industry developments and merchant needs to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management, or Hospitality.
- Must be based in Munich for on-site operations.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage busy hospitality owners.
- Hands-on approach and a hunger for fast-paced startup operations.
