Salary: €2,000 – €2,500 per month

hirify.global is a Berlin-based startup transforming the industrial materials trade by replacing legacy manual workflows with an end-to-end AI-driven buying and selling system.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle outbound sales, calling and messaging decision-makers across the DACH region in German.
  • Build and verify target lead lists and maintain the integrity of the CRM (Attio).
  • Improve internal AI outbound tooling for research and message drafting using tools like Cursor and Claude.
  • Contribute to brand messaging and social media presence to grow the company's audience and visibility.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) is mandatory for conducting outbound sales calls.
  • Must be an enrolled student or a recent graduate.
  • Solid proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to automate and optimize workflows.
  • Resourceful, organized, and comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in sales or outreach.
  • Knowledge of Python, React, or GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • A portfolio of shipped side projects, a personal brand, or a content-driven social account.
