is creating a Connected Restaurant Management System that integrates sales, reservations, kitchen prep, and payments into one seamless platform for the hospitality industry.
What you will do
- Identify and target high-profile hospitality venues in the NRW region.
- Develop and execute creative communication strategies to close deals with merchants.
- Conduct field sales, cold calling, networking, and attend industry events.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and AI tools such as Hubspot and Clay.
- Coordinate smooth handovers to the onboarding team to ensure successful client go-live.
- Analyze industry trends and merchant needs to continuously improve the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management, or the Hospitality industry.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Düsseldorf.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage busy business owners.
- Hands-on approach, independence, and a hunger for fast-paced operations.
