What you will do
- Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
- Track activity in CRM and iterate on messaging
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience with cold outreach prospecting
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficiency with Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
