What you will do

• Lead deal execution for acquisitions, disposals, investments, and joint ventures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex TMT and commercial agreements, including licensing and software development contracts.
• Provide legal advisory on cutting-edge technologies such as Web3, blockchain, AI, and online payment systems.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing international legal team while coordinating with external counsel.
• Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, and commercial risks for senior stakeholders.
• Establish contract standards and templates to streamline legal review processes across business units.

Requirements

• Admitted and licensed attorney in U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, or another major common-law jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in well-regarded law firms or in-house legal teams.
• High-level proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required for bilingual document negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in TMT laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills for complex deal structures.
