Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000–£125,000 Base + Commission

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to develop strategic account plans and support complex client pursuits across EMEA.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify client objectives, investment strategies, and operational challenges.
  • Design and present tailored solution demonstrations aligning Altus capabilities with client needs.
  • Develop business cases that articulate measurable ROI and long-term business value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to align client needs with solution capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–15 years of experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or investment management.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams on complex, consultative engagements.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment strategies and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Must be located in or be able to work from London, United Kingdom.
