Location: Hybrid in London, UK (Minimum 25% office attendance required)
Salary: £280,000 - £330,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute strategic sales plans to drive AI adoption within large pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations across EMEA.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at global pharma companies and CROs.
- Develop life sciences-specific value propositions in collaboration with the HCLS Applied AI team.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes, negotiate contracts, and close strategic deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions address pharma-specific challenges regarding data privacy and regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Represent the company at industry events and communicate industry-specific requirements to the product development team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in the EMEA market.
- 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions into large pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of R&D workflows, clinical development, and digital transformation in life sciences.
- Familiarity with European health data frameworks, including GDPR, EHDS, GxP, and EMA guidance.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office according to the hybrid policy.
Nice to have
- Established relationships with senior executives across R&D, IT, and commercial functions at major pharma companies.
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value and ROI in a life sciences context.
