Location: Frankfurt, Germany (with regular travel to Munich, Amsterdam, Vienna, Zurich, and London)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of the people agenda across the CEE region (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland) aligned with EMEA and global priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders to enable business strategy and leadership capability.
• Provide leadership and direction to HR teams based in Amsterdam and Germany.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including compensation, benefits, talent planning, and performance management.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with a risk-aware and commercially pragmatic approach.
• Collaborate with regional and global Inclusion teams to implement aligned diversity strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-country HR leadership role within a matrixed organization.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.
• Ability to engage and influence executives and senior stakeholders.
