Location: Must be based in Germany; supporting operations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Salary: 115,000 EUR - 125,000 EUR

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and CEOs across the DACH portfolio to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations and foster a high-performance work culture across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Oversee performance management and collaborate with Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure competitive pay.
• Lead HR due diligence and post-merger integration for newly acquired companies.
• Manage restructuring programs and engagement with works councils.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven experience in M&A or private equity portfolio environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; Master's or certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.

• Additional language proficiency (e.g., French for Switzerland).
