TL;DR

VP People (Fintech): Leading the People & Talent function to transition the company into a mature, scalable organization with an accent on leadership structures and organizational effectiveness. Focus on building leadership frameworks, moderating executive forums, and strengthening the culture bridge between hirify.global and dwpbank.

Location: Hybrid (Germany). Leadership roles require spending 7+ days per month on-site in the Berlin office.

hirify.global is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform providing API-first infrastructure for simple digital access to capital markets.

What you will do

  • Own the People & Talent function end-to-end, overseeing talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management.
  • Develop and scale leadership principles, development frameworks, and organizational processes.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team regarding organizational effectiveness.
  • Moderate key leadership forums, including the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Board.
  • Manage company-wide rituals such as All Hands, planning cycles, and offsites.
  • Strengthen the cultural and operational collaboration between hirify.global and dwpbank.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a senior People leader within regulated environments, preferably Fintech.
  • Deep expertise in HR Business Partnering and People Development.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation models, performance frameworks, and budget planning.
  • Proven track record in change management and cultural transformation, including M&A contexts.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to facilitate focused discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Language: C1+ proficiency in both German and English is required.
  • Location: Must be based in Germany.
