What you will do

• Own and operate large-scale, global production environments across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents triggered by automated alerting systems via PagerDuty.
• Design, deploy, and improve monitoring and observability systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Implement and manage infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows.
• Develop automation and tooling primarily using Python to enhance operational excellence.
• Collaborate with CX, CS, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE roles within large-scale production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (GCP or AWS).
• Experience building monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana) and using CI/CD/GitOps tools.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Must be based in Bulgaria; the company does not provide immigration sponsorship or work visas for this position.
