TL;DR
Technical Training Specialist (HealthTech): Leading onboarding and continuous training for B2B pharmacy clients on an AI-driven SaaS platform with an accent on translating complex clinical and billing workflows into user-friendly instructions. Focus on conducting live remote training, creating educational content, and bridging the gap between advanced software features and end-user adoption.
Location: Remote (Candidates based in the U.S. or Central America preferred). Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Anaheim, CA time).

What you will do
- Conduct live remote training sessions and product walkthroughs for new pharmacy clients.
- Guide users on integrating software with Pharmacy Management Systems and utilizing AI-driven clinical features.
- Design and maintain a library of user guides, video tutorials, and knowledge-base articles.
- Train users on clinical compliance, SOAP templates, and state registry reporting.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to relay user feedback and improve the platform experience.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist, Onboarding Specialist, or Implementation Manager.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional instructions over video conferencing.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and demonstrate complex AI-driven software.
- Experience in instructional design, including creating tutorial videos and written documentation.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup for daily client-facing calls.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, medical billing, or healthcare SaaS platforms.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or HealthTech environments.
