Senior Technical Training Specialist (Salesforce)

TL;DR

Senior Technical Training Specialist (Salesforce/Power BI): Designing and delivering technical training and enablement programs for the Government Accounts team with an accent on Salesforce CRM and Power BI. Location: Remote (USA). Must be able to travel to Staples, MN approximately four times per year.

Salary: $76,160 – $95,200 per year

What you will do

• Analyze performance and competence data to identify learning gaps and recommend L&D interventions.
• Design and develop scalable training content, courses, and high-quality learning resources.
• Deliver technical training sessions to improve tool adoption and operational effectiveness.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate data and analytics reports to evaluate the achievement of learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the USA to meet travel requirements to Minnesota.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in professional training within a business environment.
• Experience training users on Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or similar business technology tools.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts and data practices to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in technical training or business systems enablement.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or change adoption.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and source-of-truth practices.
