Location: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote). Must be based near Munich (Germany) or Milan (Italy), or willing to relocate.
Salary: €27,000–€32,000

What you will do
- Guide customers through the onboarding journey from initial kickoff to successful platform adoption.
- Analyze medical practice workflows and recommend best practices to improve productivity and profitability.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for doctors, secretaries, and practice managers.
- Manage onboarding projects, coordinating timelines, milestones, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve adoption blockers and handle challenging customer conversations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Consulting, Implementation, or Sales.
- Native Italian and fluent English (C1).
- Based near Munich or Milan, or willing to relocate.
- Experience with CRM and help desk platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Zendesk.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude and a passion for digital transformation in healthcare.
