Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for 3–5 cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Drive the Enterprise readiness program, including features, certifications, and contracts across Platform, Product, and Sales.
• Lead security programs, including audit preparation, residual risk burn-down, and customer security questionnaires.
• Steer the AI enablement rollout across various company functions.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, EMs, Product, Security, Sales, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a TPM at a SaaS company with a track record of owning multi-team programs.
• Ability to operate with low overhead, focusing on written communication and efficient meeting management.
• Confidence in holding senior ICs and EMs accountable.
• Technical depth sufficient to credibly challenge engineering trade-offs.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Professional background in B2B SaaS, Enterprise, or Fintech.
• Experience managing audit preparation programs such as SOC 2 or ISO.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion, and Slack as the primary operating stack.
