What you will do

• Define and execute growth strategies for the short-term rental business.
• Oversee rental operations to ensure high service quality and asset utilization.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the rental program.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Finance, Marketing, and local wholesale hubs.
• Strengthen and develop the hirify.global sales partner network.
• Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a financial, KPI-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to travel occasionally across Europe.
• Experience in the agricultural machinery industry (desirable).
