What you will do

• Manage all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, and room service.
• Develop and manage financial budgets, cost management indices, and guest satisfaction plans.
• Lead and supervise the F&B team, providing proactive coaching and counseling.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving guest complaints and aligning staff with the brand's service culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and verify that standards meet customer expectations.
• Handle HR activities, including conducting performance reviews and identifying developmental needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.
