What you will do

• Develop and drive mid-to-long term growth strategies for the data center business, focusing on AI/GPU-ready infrastructure and sustainability.
• Own and manage the P&L for the data center business, ensuring financial targets and pricing strategies are met.
• Develop demand forecasting models and manage inventory planning to optimize utilization and minimize risk.
• Negotiate and manage contract terms, SLAs, and colocation agreements with key global partners and vendors.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting KPIs and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement, and Finance departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in high-transformation or high-uncertainty environments.
• Proven track record in business planning, P&L management, and financial analysis.
• Experience in demand/supply planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/GPU infrastructure planning or cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Knowledge of green energy initiatives and data center regulations.
• Experience in colocation procurement and contract negotiation.
• Experience in data center design, operation, or global team management.
