What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for Central Functions, including HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.
• Lead the delivery of annual budgets, forecasts, and planning cycles for central departments.
• Monitor functional cost performance, perform variance analysis, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Develop and embed effective Purchase Order (PO) processes and improve spend visibility.
• Oversee CapEx and project-related spend, monitoring budgets versus actuals.
• Produce monthly reporting and translate financial data into practical insights using tools like Power BI.

Requirements

• Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A, management accounting, or business partnering roles.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control mechanisms.
• Experience partnering with and supporting non-financial stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Birmingham or London offices.
