TL;DR
Finance Manager (Asset Management): Providing business partnership support to EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing to drive strategic goals with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Focus on analyzing financial KPIs, managing expense planning, and assessing the commercial viability of new business initiatives.
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Hybrid: Must spend at least four full days each week working in the office.

What you will do
- Provide business partnership support to the EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing organisations.
- Analyse trends in Key Financial Performance Indicators (Flows, AUM, Revenues, etc.) and investigate variances to plan.
- Assess the profitability of new business initiatives, such as digital partnerships, and review existing relationships.
- Manage expenses for EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing to ensure they remain within budget.
- Support Corporate Finance with detailed analysis and commentary on regional financial performance.
- Lead the annual expense planning process for the relevant organisations.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
- Professional experience within a fast-moving financial services organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Henley-on-Thames office (4 days per week).
Nice to have
- FP&A experience within a global asset management business with offshore partners.
- Knowledge of applying AI to enhance productivity.
- Understanding of the personal investment environment within EMEA (investment products, trends, platforms).
