Salary: £50,000–£53,000 per annum

What you will do

• Produce and review short-to-medium term budgets and forecasts for cost centres.
• Develop accurate financial plans that balance creative aspirations with financial constraints.
• Provide strategic business advice and risk identification to support decision-making.
• Deliver insightful budget commentary and variance analysis for diverse stakeholders.
• Act as a primary finance contact for designated business units.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Must hold a professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis services.
• Strong inquisitive skills for assessing financial drivers and performing variance analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across both Finance and non-Finance teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
