Focus on managing foreign currency and commodity risk and implementing FX risk management solutions for New-To-Bank clients.

Location: London (Hybrid: at least two days per week or 40% of time in office)

What you will do

• Manage the origination, sales, and execution of FX transactions for SME and Mid Corporate clients.
• Engage with New-To-Bank and New-To-Product clients to manage foreign currency and commodity risk.
• Price and structure FX risk management solutions, including spot, forwards, and options.
• Lead, mentor, and develop colleagues, providing guidance on market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Coordinate outbound prospecting activities to drive team performance and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with product partners to deliver a holistic servicing strategy for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within a commercial FX environment.
• Proven experience in leadership, line management, and mentoring colleagues.
• Strong understanding of operating within a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to articulate and explain financial markets in response to economic and political events.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
