What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of regulatory initiatives, including horizon scanning and advocacy.
• Coordinate strategic remediation programs across Equities and FICC business lines.
• Partner with First Line of Defence stakeholders to ensure alignment of regulatory and business initiatives.
• Prepare effective management information and reporting for boards and leadership committees.
• Design and execute strategic Compliance core programs to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Oversee regulatory traceability, policy implementation, and governance testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Implementation, or Strategy within a global investment bank or consultancy.
• Excellent understanding of EMEA market regulations (e.g., MIFID II, MAR, CRD VI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across all levels.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and well-organized approach to driving operational effectiveness.
