What you will do

• Lead the financial control review framework for Real Assets entities to ensure consistency and independence.
• Review and challenge financial data and outputs produced by third-party administrators.
• Provide technical accounting oversight for complex transactions, judgments, and structural events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support governance and audit processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in control methodologies and review frameworks.
• Manage and develop a team of Financial Control Analysts, setting high standards for quality.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with strong technical expertise in IFRS.
• Experience in Real Assets, Real Estate, or Private Markets environments.
• Proven background in financial control, audit, or technical accounting roles.
• Experience reviewing and challenging outputs from third-party administrators.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
