What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries regarding hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Perform configuration, administration, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Drive team collaboration to resolve technical issues and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledgebase articles for end-user technology.
• Assist with asset management, inventory audits, and the implementation of desktop tools.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and support client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
• 2-5 years of progressive technical IT experience.
• Solid knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and working with global teams.

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
