TL;DR

Major & Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving the growth of the Libra AI platform across Big Law firms and corporate legal departments with an accent on full-cycle enterprise sales and strategic account planning. Focus on navigating complex procurement cycles, designing AI workflows with engineering teams, and scaling the AI product's reach in the legal industry.

Location: Hybrid (Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands). Must be based in the Netherlands and spend at least eight days a month at the office.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification to contract signature for the Libra AI platform.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design tailored AI demos, pilots, and workflows based on client needs.
  • Apply strategic account planning and customer-focused methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale, to advance complex deals.
  • Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases and demonstrate ROI.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with Product and Leadership to influence the AI roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations.
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and influence cross-functional buying committees.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluent English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field.
  • Must be able to work from the Alphen Aan Den Rijn office at least 8 days per month.

Nice to have

  • Legal background, such as a law degree or previous experience in a law firm.
  • Familiarity with LegalTech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
