What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from SDR-qualified opportunity to closing strategic mid-market deals.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to identify target accounts and refine outbound cadences and messaging.
  • Conduct tailored commercial demos focusing on solving client challenges and demonstrating strong ROI.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools to personalize communication and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to Onboarding and Customer teams for high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for hirify.global's AI-first approach at industry events.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience closing mid-market deals.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • AI fluency: active use of AI to streamline workflows and personalize communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and a customer-first approach.
