hirify.global is a software development company partnering with a leading global manufacturer of industrial pumps and valve systems.

What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software components and drivers for industrial pump systems.
Build firmware solutions utilizing Embedded Linux and Zephyr RTOS for ARM-based devices.
Implement and maintain low-level hardware interactions and communication interfaces.
Analyze technical approaches and provide architectural recommendations to the customer.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues directly on physical embedded hardware.
Collaborate with PMs, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial embedded software development experience using C.
Strong hands-on experience with Embedded Linux development and debugging.
Practical experience with Zephyr RTOS or a strong RTOS background.
Experience working with STM32, Nordic, or similar ARM-based microcontrollers.
Deep understanding of peripherals, interrupts, memory management, and boot flow.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

Experience with MQTT.
Knowledge of Profibus or other industrial communication protocols.
Experience with FatFS, LittleFS, or lwIP.
