Location: Must be based in Spain or Portugal (Barcelona, Porto)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Build genuine relationships to maximize product adoption and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Specialists to provide holistic solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage and build a strategic enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Act as a public champion for Revolut within the enterprise domain.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales to enterprise or Tier 1 companies.
  • Proven track record of selling financial/banking products or software to large accounts.
  • Expertise in interacting with C-suite decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, etc.).
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to generate leads and pursue new business.
  • Degree in finance, business, or engineering.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in investment banking or high-growth fintech environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
