hirify.global is a fast-growing fintech startup building an AI-powered debt collection platform to automate and optimize invoice recovery for businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead the full-cycle sales process for enterprise and mid-market clients in Spain.
  • Build the foundational sales playbook, including qualification frameworks and demo structures.
  • Partner with SDRs to manage and grow a qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Revenue on pricing strategy and market positioning.
  • Provide direct feedback to the product team based on field insights and customer needs.
  • Defend ROI cases and navigate complex procurement and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS or AI sales.
  • Proven track record of closing 5 to 6-figure deals with CFO or Ops-level buyers.
  • Experience selling into regulated financial services and navigating compliance-gated cycles.
  • Ability to build and defend quantified ROI cases.
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.

  • Proficiency in a second European language.
