What you will do

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from defining needs to contract signing.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings across various channels.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools.
• Advise hiring managers and support them throughout the decision-making process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within tech, digital, or fast-growing environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
• Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Liège hub in Belgium.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
