What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes specifically for Sales and Key Accounts.
• Proactively source and screen candidates for skills, values, and mission alignment.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on the recruitment process and decision-making.
• Develop job advertisements for social media, job boards, and other channels.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of internal and external referrals.
• Generate analytical reports on recruitment data for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment processes within Sales.
• Hands-on experience with direct sourcing and creative candidate outreach.
• Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish.
• Experience recruiting roles in Germany, France, or Spain.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brussels office 2-3 times per week.
