TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts roles with an accent on high-volume sourcing and candidate screening. Focus on building talent pipelines in Germany, France, and Spain while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Location: Brussels, Belgium. Hybrid: Office attendance 2-3 times per week required

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for Sales and Key Accounts roles.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates based on skills, values, and mission alignment.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on recruitment and decision-making.
  • Create engaging job adverts for social media and various job boards.
  • Maintain active internal and external referral pipelines.
  • Generate analytical reports for stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within Sales.
  • Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and managing repetitive tasks to find top talent.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, German, and either French or Spanish.
  • Experience recruiting in Germany, France, or Spain (multi-market experience is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and working with KPIs.
  • Must be located in or able to work from the Brussels office 2-3 times per week.
