What you will do

• Support accounting and reporting in collaboration with external accountants.
• Manage quote-to-cash processes, including sales invoices and cash collections.
• Handle accounts payable, payments, and payment systems.
• Assist with treasury and cash flow management.
• Support revenue operations for sales and marketing teams.
• Optimize finance operations by implementing new tools and automations.

Requirements

• Initial experience in finance or accounting.
• Must be based in Belgium due to accounting and VAT regulations.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaaS billing and subscription systems such as Chargebee or Hubspot.
• Experience with Exact Online.
