Finance Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Manage all accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger.
• Execute monthly and year-end close, preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Lead financial consolidation for entities in Spain and the US, managing multi-currency transactions.
• Collaborate with the CFO on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and SaaS KPI reporting.
• Spearhead the implementation of a new ERP system and automate administrative workflows.
• Oversee tax and legal compliance and lead the annual external audit.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in B2B SaaS or a VC-backed scale-up.
• Strong command of the Spanish accounting and tax framework.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven expertise in month-end close, financial consolidation, and multi-currency management.
• Proficiency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC Payback) and revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
