What you will do

  • Manage and maintain client records and scheduling through the Central Reach platform.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and staff.
  • Generate reports and track progress notes to ensure documentation compliance.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle internal communications.
  • Support billing and payroll processes using Central Reach tools.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Central Reach (non-negotiable)
  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or behavioral services.
