What you will do

• Lead a team of 10+ Test Engineers developing System on Chip Automotive Radar products across multiple sites.
• Manage test engineering activities during New Product Introduction (NPI) and product ramp-up.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of test contents in Digital, Memory, Security, and High-Speed IO domains.
• Drive alignment with global Test Engineering managers, Product Engineering, Program Management, and DfT/Validation teams.
• Develop, coach, and mentor the team to foster collaboration and a growth mindset.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading multicultural and multisite teams.
• 5+ years of experience in SOC Test development using ATE-systems.
• Solid experience in Digital, Memory, Security, and High-Speed IO domains.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) for operation in a global environment with partners in US, Europe, and Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advantest and Smartest8 systems.
• Knowledge of Analog & RF/mmW domains.
