What you will do

• Own and improve first-line frameworks for Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management, including guidance, templates, and workflows.
• Lead practical improvements to reduce assessment time and improve the quality of risk information.
• Manage key Operational Resilience activities, such as self-assessments, important business services, and resilience testing.
• Oversee the material third-party register and embed risk requirements into supplier processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, InfoSec, Data Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teams to manage risk effectively.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management.
• Strong judgment and a process design mindset.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into effective business processes.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance (2-3 days/week).
