What you will do

• Lead execution of key operational initiatives and own operational KPIs to support rapid scaling.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences for team accountability.
• Coordinate across product, technology, marketing, and commercial teams to unblock issues.
• Support market expansion by coordinating local operational readiness and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions based on data analysis.
• Translate senior leadership's strategic direction into actionable plans and ensure follow-through.

Requirements

• Based in the UK.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business management, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• At least 1 year of experience specifically within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of scaling operations or driving complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency in working with data, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
