What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for Treasury changes in regulations, processes, and infrastructure.
• Represent Finance in complex change projects and product backlog discussions, simplifying ambiguity into actions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the bank to deliver optimum outcomes for the Balance Sheet Management lab.
• Run ad-hoc analyses to support change initiatives for Regulatory Reporting.
• Test prototyped solutions to ensure they meet business needs and generate value early.
• Role model Agile behaviors within the team and the wider reporting lab.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Treasury business drivers from a Capital, Funding, and Risk Management perspective.
• Knowledge of regulatory regimes governing banks and appropriate risk tolerances.
• Experience with front-to-back Treasury execution and interaction between support functions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tools including SQL, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ability to influence partners with conflicting priorities to achieve the best outcome for the bank.
• Structured and meticulous approach to prioritizing multiple tasks.
