Location: Remote (South Korea). Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

What you will do

  • Manage inbound sales calls and follow up with leads interested in debt relief services.
  • Educate potential clients on available debt settlement and consolidation programs.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients through empathetic communication.
  • Document all client interactions and track pipeline activity accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to achieve performance goals and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound phone conversations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain detailed client records.
  • Ability to work remotely from South Korea during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in debt settlement, financial services, banking, or lending industries.
  • Background in consultative sales or lead conversion roles.
  • Experience working with U.S. or Canadian customers.
  • Familiarity with compliance-focused customer interactions.
