What you will do

• Perform outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services to potential clients.
• Identify, qualify, and gather detailed information on potential leads.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate call records and lead data.
• Follow prepared scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Cold Caller.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet targets.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
