What you will do

• Log and maintain HR requests in a case management tool to ensure SLA and quality target compliance.
• Execute transactions across various HR areas including master data, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and learning and development.
• Perform quality checks and maintain reporting statistics to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Center of Expertise to resolve process compliance issues and incomplete documentation.
• Support local administration by maintaining updated employee files and information.

Requirements

• Fluent in Thai language (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Communicate)
• Associate degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience (Workday) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
