What you will do

• Manage relationships with TMF in-country payroll providers for China, Hong Kong, and other APAC regions to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Oversee non-HR pay and deduction inputs, including expenses and taxable benefits.
• Perform payroll checks and controls, examining each run for accuracy before final sign-off.
• Act as the primary contact point for employee payroll queries and manage escalations.
• Ensure compliance for employer benefit reporting and year-end statements.
• Support internal and external audit queries and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Professional payroll qualifications and strong technical payroll expertise.
• Working knowledge of Hong Kong, China, and other APAC payrolls (advantage).
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with HCM Success Factors (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
