What you will do

• Serve as a point of contact for privacy and AI governance escalations and data subject requests.
• Conduct vendor privacy and AI questionnaires, PIAs, and DPIAs to identify risks.
• Maintain data inventories and records of processing activity (ROPAs).
• Support the development and maintenance of privacy and AI compliance procedures.
• Act as a liaison with internal departments to integrate privacy and AI requirements.
• Assist in managing privacy and AI incident response in collaboration with Legal and Security teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in privacy and technology project management or administration.
• General knowledge and comfort discussing technology and network protocols.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and international business partners.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Privacy certifications such as AIGP, CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPP/E.
• Previous experience in a software or technology company.
• Previous experience in AI Governance.
